Cancellation policy

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to HBL Travel for effecting the refund of the registration fee as follows:

• before 31st August, 2019: the paid amount will be returned (10 EUR handling fee will be deducted)
• from 1st September to 15st September, 2019: 70% of the paid amount will be returned
• after 1st October, 2019: 30% of the paid amount will be returned
• in case of no show: no refund

Changes or cancellations must always be done in writing by e-mail.
